Here's a post from earlier today to the NRBQ e-mail list from Hartford guitarist-producer Jim Chapdelaine, good friend of NRBQ guitar God Big Al Anderson and also guitarist for this century's version of the Pousette-Dart Band....he was playing in Northampton MA last night at the Iron Horse, and then went across town to the Calvin Theatre...
"I played with the Pousette Dart Band to a great house at the Iron Horse.Big Al came and sat in. He sounded great.
After our show, we headed over to see Los Lobos and who's onstage? Yep, Big Al.
Played his ass off! He had a whole nother game going on. Great night.
