Soon, for the first time ever, "FS Hall", seen in the background, will be visible from Main Street for a brief period, until the replacement building goes up. Of course, once they finish knocking down the above-ground portion of the structure, they have to dig down and get rid of the basement. This may also require some environmental cleanup and mitigation, as Randall was at one time heated with ancient furnaces that included some pipes enclosed in asbestos.
