In Memoriam

Devin Ossman, a son of Firesign Theatre member David Ossman and his equally talented wife, producer Judith Walcutt, died last week of hypothermia while attempting a descent of Mt. Rainier. His Memorial Service is underway on Whidbey Island as I submit this post.

Here's some words of thanks from the Ossman family for all the support they have received:

"As most of you know, we lost our son Devin on Mount Rainier last
week. We have felt such love and support from our community and
friends--even those who haven't written because it's hard to know
what to say and some of you who are just finding out with this
announcement--we feel your love around us and know you are with us
too.

Here is what the flute player looked like and the way we will
remember him. Please forward this announcement to anyone you think
should know in the many communities Devin was a part of
