Aloha Airlines Vintage Aircraft (Part 1)

I found some wonderful photographs of some of the earliest planes used in the Aloha Airlines fleet on www.Airliners.net, which is the definitive resource for pictures of old airliners. These particular Aloha Airlines pictures were taken a half a century ago by Mel Lawrence, who has very kindly given me permission to reproduce them here. Mahalo nui, Mel!

First up, an early Aloha DC-3. Mel took this picture at HNL in November of 1958.
