Magnolias Texas Festival

This could be the final "Festival" offering by Mags' owner/chef John Silbermann. As previously noted here he has sold the restaurant and it may have a new owner as early as next month...for the uninitiated, this place is in Cambridge, MA

Appetizers

Crispy Blue cornmeal-crusted Squid and Banana Peppers served with fiery smoked Tomato salsa

Spicy chili crusted chicken wing served with a cool mint dipping sauce

Crispy fried Avocado, stuffed with Cheddar Cheese and served with Chipolte Salsa

Entrees

Texas sized flour tortilla stuffed with grilled pork-loin, layered with Guacamole and Chipotle salsa

Fresh Soft Shell Crabs lightly breaded & pan fried topped with our Crab Remoulade sauce, served over black beans

Cedar plank roasted Salmon topped with grilled Asparagus and Cumin scented mild Chili vinaigrette
