George Gets a Star

Tuesday George Harrison got a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

This may seem unusual for a rock musician, but many people forget that George co-starred in two Beatles movies, wrote at least two movie soundtracks ("Wonderwall" and "Everest"), had his Bangla Desh benefit concert turned into one of the first major rock concert films, and co-owned a movie company, Handmade Films.
