Pricey Real Estate for Sale

A couple from Kailua are offering a $100,000 bonus to anyone who can find a buyer for their properties. One is a house in Hauula on the Windward Coast, and the other is a 38 acre undeveloped parcel of land on the Big Island in the Keeau area.

"The state Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs said it was the first time it had heard of such an offer and urged all parties to check with an attorney to make sure it doesn't violate laws."
