As mentioned here on the blog last year sometime, our local PD's prized piece of equipment is "Barney" (named after Don Knotts, natch), which was purchased from a police department in California. This is a classic 1967 Ford Galaxy.
The past few days, we have seen old "nip it in the bud" make a rare winter appearance. This had to do with massive snowfall removal efforts behind the Police station, which necessitated Old Barn having to be moved out of harm's way.
