Stupid Music Heaven!
Some friends and I spent Sunday afternoon at a great garden party in Gorham Maine with Trio del Rio from Austin Texas! Left to right: Maryann Price, MariLisa, and Tanner Swain. Had a nice chat with Maryann before the show-we've been yakking occasionally via e-mail for almost 10 years and it was nice to finally touch bases. She even sang some great Stupid Music for us, including some tunes she did with Dan Hicks, "I'm An Old Cowhand", end even the Bob Wills standard "4 or 5 Times".
Click post title for Trio del Rio's Myspace page, and go to my Facebook page for a larger photo album of the show!
