Snowfall Tally Added

I have resumed the annual winter snowfall tally to the sidebar, just above my Facebook Badge. Snow Season officially runs from December 1 to May 1 here. The last 2 winters have been unbelievable-the 1007-2008 winter saw me get a total of 15 FEET of snow, and last winter I had 10 feet.
